The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived late so the doors were closed for security reasons but it was not an issue as someone is always available at the desk. The facility is a bit on the older side but everything is functional. Breakfast is not gargantuan the way it can be in places that pride themselves on offering a full Continental breakfast but if you have a reasonable appetite it is sufficient enough. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy but again, this is not the place to go if you are looking for fancy. The location is central in Maisons-Alfort, with a Casino store around the corner and a nice neighborhood bar across the street for people looking to unwind after a flight (what we did!). All in all, this place is a good option for a stay in the suburbs, close enough to Paris and with reasonable prices.

The staff were super friendly and did an absolutely fantastic job of accommodating a special request which made our stay extra special!! The beds were SO comfy and shower was great. Room was clean and well equipped with a table and kitchenette with the necessary crockery (plates, glasses etc). For the absolute BARGAIN price we paid, can’t really fault the property. Property is close to Metro and buses making it very easy to get into central Paris. There’s also a supermarket like 2 mins away which was incredibly convenient.

Cleanliness was very important to me, and it was super clean! Bed sheets, bathroom, towels, the whole place was immaculate! Also has a small kitchen area with all the tools and utensils you'd need (plus an electric stove and an actual fridge, not a minibar). Good location, very close to a supermarket and the metro station. Very nice staff, always ready to help. It's obviously not luxury, but it's clean and decent and has everything you actually need.

We had everything we needed for making breakfast, having a quick meal, etc. The price was perfect considering Paris is very expensive, we wouldn't be able to afford the trip if we didn't find this hotel so we're very happy.

Only 4 minutes walk to nearest metro station (40-45 min. to central Paris) and only 1 minute from large Casino (brand) supermarket. Kitchenette was reasonably equipped. Keep in mind that only one weekly cleaning is provided, if you stay at least 8 nights. For me it was enough.
